Allow me to invite you on a journey ...
A journey inwards - reconnecting with realms of your existence that got lost along the way while being busy surviving.
Allow yourself to soften your shoulders and return to the surrendered flow of your breath and your sensed reality.
A saunagus is already a sacred ritual, with its heat and cold exposure and the healing power of aromatherapeutic oils. Now, imagine the depth you can possibly descend into when we weave in a curated soundscape and a guided embodiment journey—both designed to help you receive yourself deeper. From this surrendered state, spaciousness emerges, allowing the quiet wisdom of your soul to be heard, your heart to be deeply felt, and your sensual landscape to awaken.
Sometimes we need a little help to guide us back into presence. To be gently seduced into stillness and held in a warm and embracing space where we can let our guards down allowing the worry and stress to melt away for a while. In the softness, we open what has been hardened, and expand what has been contracted.
And what better way than to sweat it out & unravel in The sauna?
Let this Sauna Seduction series be your soft landing into Fall and a sanctuary to safely “fall apart” and feel yourself - only to rise into deeper truth and reconnection.

We do 4 rounds of 12-15 min. with 7 min. break in between so you can cool down properly in the cold tub or shower and breath some fresh air into your cells.
Snacks will be served in the breaks.

*** The ticket is non-refundable but you’re of course welcome to sell it to someone else if life hits you. Just give me a heads up.
Come as you are in whatever makes you feel comfortable. (Nakedness is welcome)
Bring:
1x towel to sit on in the sauna
1x towel for showering afterwards
1x water bottle
Nice to have: robe, slippers.

You are sacred, and so is this space.
In Sauna Seduction you are invited to:
Authentically move with what is alive in your body.
You are welcome, in all of who you are.
This is not:
A space for co-cultivation of sexual energy, but a sanctuary for individual unfolding and connection with self.
A therapeutic space to deep dive in your trauma but an invitation to tenderly hold yourself and feel empowered.
