I’m here to support you on a journey to soften, rewire and support your body to receive new imprints of safety. Tantric De-armouring is all about softening into safety and from there the body will naturally reveal what is ready to be felt, deeply held and potentially released. We can not truly make change in our life if the body is in survival mode.

What is a tantric De-Armouring?
De-armouring is a soft approach to the body and is designed to dissolve the physical and emotional tension, stored in the facia, that may be holding you back in life. Through this process of allowance and being held and witnessed in a loving and non-judgemental presence you'll receive wisdom on how to regulate and understand your body's responses.

Tantric de-armouring is a method designed to release holding patterns in the body through somatic rewiring of the nervous system helping you to build more capacity to feel and ultimately reclaim your sensitivity, boundaries, authentic self and live more in truth and alignment with your essens.

The 4 principles I work with:

  • REGULATE: the process of tuning into your body, softening into safety, leaning in, and learn how to self-regulate and co-regulate our nervous system by understanding your bodily signals. We work with needs and boundaries and how to communicate with and not against your body. 

  • RELEASE: the process of allowing yourself to release stored tension, emotions and past narrative that are keeping you from fully embracing your life.

  • REWIRE: the process of understanding and eventually shift outdated patterns and beliefs and foster new empowering ones by feeling held and met in your needs and boundaries. We work with self image, inner child healing and parts. 

  • RECLAIM: the process of slowly taking ownership of your body - take physical home in your body - understand the signals and slowly building a language between body and mind - the process from seperation to connection.

I’m a Cert. Tantric de-armouring practitioner and sacred spaceholder for feminine embodiment meaning I have a soft, intuitive and honouring approach to bodywork.

In a world that constantly wants your attention and desire to keep you imprisoned in your suffering, lack, stress, distraction and consumption, I wanna invite in the opposite: softness, slowness and deep breaths. Tantric de-armouring supports exactly that. It’s designed to soften your nervous system and when your body feels safe and relaxed it naturally start to reveal what it’s ready to let go of: may that be emotional, physical tension, energetic stagnation or deeper layers of protection shields or trauma. Together we embrace your body and learn how to translate it’s language.

I desire for you to feel safe to soften your guards, where you feel safe to lean in and free to just be you. I desire for you to receive yourself deeper, listen to and feel whats alive and meet it. May the sensation of relaxation and safety ripple into your everyday life, your cells and your entire being and watch how everything will transform.

Exclusive immersions

One day immersion of 5 hours from 12-17

  • The session begins in the sauna where you get 50 min. to just softly land with yourself in your private space.

  • After you have melted in the heat and refreshed in the cold tub we will land together with sacred cacao and somatic movement which will naturally open the container to transition into the tantric de-armouring session.

  • In the following week we reconnect online for an integration call

This is for you who longs to go deeper. As it is with the feminine - it needs time to soften, relax and feel safe in order to open. This offering is such a sacred and honouring space for you to lean into and feel held and nurtured.

In a session like this where we have space to really open and soften it is a possibility - if your body is open and a yes - to work with pelvic and external & internal yoni de-armouring and sexual blockages.

I’m in the clinic every Thursday.

A tantric de-armouring session is a 3 hour container.
The feminine needs time to soften and open.

Your self-nourishing investment is: 1800,-

My time slots are:

10:00 - 13:00
13:30 - 16:30

You are welcome to request a specific time if none of this suits you.

3x sessions - you can choose between tantric de-armouring and spa treatments as you like.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation policy

Should life turn out in a different way planned and you need to cancel or postpone your treatment this shall happen 48 hours before your session in order to receive a full money back return.

If you cancel your session less than 48 hours before I’ll withdraw 50% of the price.

If you cancel on the day or less than 24 hours before I’ll withdraw 100% of your total amount.

And the opposite way around if I cancel or postpone your session then you’ll of course receive your full amount back and I’ll contact you to reschedule.
